Responsibilities
- Drive the product development lifecycle from concept to commercialization, ensuring alignment with market needs and company objectives.
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and sales teams to define product specifications, design requirements, and production processes.
- Conduct technical analysis, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for new product designs and modifications.
- Optimize existing products and manufacturing processes for performance, cost-efficiency, and quality improvements.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise during production ramp-up and ongoing manufacturing operations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including specifications, test procedures, and material data sheets.
- Ensure all products comply with relevant industry standards and quality management systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a Product Engineering or R&D role within the manufacturing sector.
- Demonstrated experience in the Metal Injection Molding (MIM) and/or Ceramic Injection Molding (CIM) industries is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for product design and analysis.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, material properties, and quality control methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to technical challenges.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
