As a Product Engineer, you will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from initial design validation to mass production support. You will analyze production data, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement innovative solutions to improve yield rates. Your expertise will directly contribute to the delivery of high-quality electronic components to our clients. We value creativity, technical precision, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Develop and validate electronic product designs to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
- Analyze production data and troubleshoot engineering issues to minimize downtime and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and quality assurance, to define product requirements.
- Manage and optimize Bill of Materials (BOM) to reduce costs while maintaining product integrity.
- Oversee the transition of new designs from the lab to the production floor, ensuring a smooth implementation.
- Conduct stress testing and reliability analysis to ensure products withstand real-world conditions.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation, including test reports and process manuals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronic Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing and product development.
- Strong working knowledge of PCB design tools and manufacturing processes (SMT, DIP, Assembly).
- Proficiency in analyzing production metrics and identifying root causes of defects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel to manufacturing sites as required.
