Responsibilities
- Design and develop new sanitary ware product concepts and improve existing product lines.
- Oversee the entire manufacturing process, from prototyping to mass production, ensuring optimal efficiency.
- Conduct rigorous material testing and quality control analysis to meet industry standards.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, production, and sales teams to resolve technical issues and optimize product performance.
- Implement cost-effective engineering solutions to reduce waste and improve production yield.
- Troubleshoot complex manufacturing problems and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate engineering documentation, including Bill of Materials (BOM) and process manuals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in OEM manufacturing or the sanitary ware industry.
- Proficient in using CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or ProE.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes including molding, casting, CNC machining, and assembly lines.
- Familiarity with ISO quality management systems and quality assurance protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
