Responsibilities
- Develop creative and innovative packaging designs that align with brand guidelines and market trends
- Create detailed artwork files, mockups, and prototypes for product packaging across multiple categories
- Collaborate with product managers, marketing teams, and external vendors to ensure design feasibility
- Conduct research on competitor packaging and industry design trends to maintain creative excellence
- Prepare print-ready files with proper color management and technical specifications
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to refine creative concepts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or a related creative field
- Proven portfolio demonstrating strong packaging design skills and creative problem-solving
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools
- Understanding of printing processes, color theory, and packaging materials
- Minimum 2 years of professional packaging design experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to present creative concepts effectively
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with consumer products or FMCG brands is advantageous
