Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for the Distribution Management System (DMS) to all stakeholders.
- Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, developers, and QA engineers throughout the sprint cycle to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations and providing regular updates on product progress.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure that the features delivered meet the defined requirements and business goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within the DMS landscape.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product reviews.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, specifically within DMS, ERP, or Supply Chain software.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies; CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) certification is a significant plus.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end product lifecycles in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Deep knowledge of distribution workflows, including inventory management, order processing, and logistics.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work effectively under contract timelines.
