Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive product training programs for internal teams
- Create engaging training materials and documentation to support learning objectives
- Collaborate with suppliers from West Malaysia and China to understand product features
- Conduct training sessions both in-person and through virtual platforms
- Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements based on feedback
- Stay updated with product developments and industry best practices
- Assist in onboarding new team members with product knowledge
Qualifications
- Degree in Education, Business, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in product training or technical education
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to quickly learn and master new software applications
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Experience working with international suppliers is a plus
