Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the production assembly team to meet output targets and delivery schedules.
- Ensure all assembly processes comply with international quality standards (ISO) and company safety protocols.
- Monitor line performance, analyze production bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen/Lean).
- Manage workforce scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to maintain high levels of operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate production records, inventory logs, and reporting on KPIs for management review.
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure optimal machine performance and reduce downtime.
- Foster a culture of safety and discipline within the production environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical) or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, preferably in home electronics or consumer goods.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
- Proficient in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rotating shifts if necessary.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a significant advantage.
