We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Production Assistant to join our fast-paced team in Las Pinas City. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of production projects, from pre-production planning to post-production wrap-up.
Work alongside seasoned producers, directors, and creative teams to bring compelling visual stories to life. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Mass Communications graduate or someone with entry-level experience to gain hands-on exposure to TV commercials, digital content, print ads, and event production. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will help keep our productions on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities
- Assist the production team in coordinating daily schedules, call sheets, and logistics for shoots and events.
- Source, organize, and manage production materials, equipment, and props.
- Communicate with vendors, talent, and crew to confirm availability and requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of production expenses and assist with budget tracking.
- Support on-set operations, including setting up equipment, managing talent releases, and ensuring safety protocols.
- Handle post-production tasks such as logging footage, archiving assets, and preparing edit notes.
- Assist in the creation of digital and print collateral under the direction of the creative team.
- Attend production meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications, Advertising, Film, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in production, media, or a creative agency (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
- Basic knowledge of video/photo production processes and equipment is a plus.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as production schedules require.
- Must be detail-oriented, resourceful, and a collaborative team player.
