Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize daily production processes to ensure maximum output and quality standards.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement effective solutions to improve throughput.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive and corrective servicing.
- Implement and enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols across all production facilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain and quality assurance, to streamline packaging operations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive production reports and documentation to track operational KPIs.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma) to reduce waste and operational costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering (Licensed Engineer preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical aptitude with a deep understanding of packaging machinery and automation.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and production management software (ERP/MRP systems).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate production floor staff.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a high-volume, deadline-driven manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of quality control standards and safety regulations in the Philippines.
