Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize production automation systems to enhance manufacturing throughput.
- Manage end-to-end engineering projects, ensuring delivery within specified timelines and budget constraints.
- Conduct root cause analysis on production bottlenecks and implement effective technical solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new machinery and technology into existing workflows.
- Monitor production KPIs, providing data-driven insights to improve overall operational efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, quality protocols, and environmental regulations.
- Draft technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and project reports for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong understanding of automation technologies, PLC programming, or robotics.
- Proven ability to manage engineering projects and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar engineering software.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure manufacturing environment.
