Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, and coordinate the entire production process to ensure timely delivery of high-quality cosmetic products.
- Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring optimal resource allocation and machine utilization.
- Lead, mentor, and train production staff to maintain high performance and safety standards.
- Monitor and manage production budgets, reducing waste and optimizing operational costs.
- Ensure full compliance with BPOM regulations, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and internal safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the R&D and Quality Control departments to resolve technical issues and maintain product consistency.
- Drive continuous improvement projects (Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma) to enhance manufacturing throughput and efficiency.
- Prepare regular production reports for senior management, identifying bottlenecks and proposing actionable solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a production management role, preferably within the cosmetic or personal care industry.
- Deep understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and ISO standards in cosmetics manufacturing.
- Proven ability to manage large teams and foster a culture of safety and excellence.
- Strong problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and production management software.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong leadership, integrity, and operational mindset.
