Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end production operations, with a specific focus on Die Casting efficiency and throughput.
- Develop and execute comprehensive production strategies to minimize waste and maximize output quality.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a diverse production team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
- Monitor production KPIs, providing actionable data analysis to senior management to drive operational excellence.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality control protocols, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Oversee maintenance schedules for heavy machinery, specifically die casting equipment, to prevent operational downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments including supply chain, engineering, and quality assurance to streamline workflow.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing management, preferably within the die casting or automotive component sector.
- Strong expertise in industrial production processes, manufacturing layout, and capacity planning.
- Proven leadership experience in managing large-scale teams in a high-pressure manufacturing environment.
- Excellent knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical production data.
- Fluency in professional English; proficiency in local languages is a plus.
