Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely manufacturing and delivery
- Analyze production specifications and plant capacity data to optimize workflows
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to align supply with demand
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to meet changing priorities
- Design and implement efficient production plans and layouts
- Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve operational efficiency
- Prepare reports on production performance and key metrics
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in production planning, scheduling, or design
- Proficiency in production planning software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
