As a Remote Sourcing Specialist, you will work closely with crossâfunctional teams including procurement, production, and logistics to ensure seamless integration of new suppliers. Your analytical skills will be essential in conducting spend analysis, risk assessments, and performance monitoring. You will also be responsible for negotiating contracts, managing supplier documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential suppliers through market research and data analysis.
- Conduct request for information (RFI), request for quotation (RFQ), and request for proposal (RFP) processes.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve optimal cost savings.
- Evaluate supplier performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate supplier master data and documentation in ERP systems.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor market trends and assess risks to ensure supply chain resilience.
- Support the implementation of sourcing projects and ensure timely execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or vendor management.
- Proven ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency with procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Knowledge of manufacturing and logistics processes.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
