In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the design, analysis, and optimization of our Syscore production systems. You will act as a key driver in enhancing operational efficiency, reducing waste, and ensuring that our production standards exceed industry benchmarks.
As a Production Process Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks in the current workflow and implement innovative solutions. Your expertise will help streamline our supply chain and distribution processes, ensuring timely delivery and superior quality. Responsibilities
- Design, analyze, and optimize Syscore production systems to ensure maximum operational efficiency.
- Monitor production metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement continuous process enhancements.
- Collaborate with operations and management teams to troubleshoot complex issues and resolve production bottlenecks.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to standardize production workflows.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, quality control standards, and industry best practices.
- Utilize engineering software and data analysis tools to drive data-backed decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in process engineering or a related manufacturing role.
- Strong working knowledge of Syscore production systems and manufacturing technologies.
- Proficiency in using engineering software, CAD tools, and data analysis applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively lead and influence cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and safety protocols is a plus.
