Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality exterior detailing including washing, claying, and paint decontamination.
- Execute multi-stage paint correction and machine polishing to remove swirl marks and scratches.
- Apply high-end ceramic coatings, waxes, and sealants for long-lasting paint protection.
- Conduct thorough interior detailing including deep steam cleaning, leather conditioning, and fabric protection.
- Maintain workshop equipment and ensure all tools are kept in excellent working condition.
- Monitor inventory of detailing chemicals and supplies, reporting needs to management.
- Provide exceptional service standards, ensuring every vehicle meets the premium quality benchmarks of darylsauto.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in car detailing, paint correction, or car salon services.
- Proficiency in using rotary and dual-action polishers.
- Strong understanding of paint chemistry, different clear coat types, and detailing products.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high output.
- Physically fit and comfortable standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering superior results.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate various vehicle types safely.
