Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and style.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area in compliance with safety and health regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by proactively engaging with guests and fulfilling their specific requests.
- Manage inventory levels and restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Develop and suggest new cocktail recipes to keep our beverage menu fresh and innovative.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all guests and team members.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bartender or Mixologist in a high-volume hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktail mixing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts.
- Possess a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
- Relevant certification in hospitality or beverage management is considered an asset.
