Responsibilities
- Craft and serve a wide variety of signature and classic cocktails with precision and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting bar area at all times.
- Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations and ensure a premium service experience.
- Manage bar inventory, including tracking usage and conducting regular stock takes.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards as required by local regulations.
- Handle cash and electronic payment processing accurately.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless workflow during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or lounge.
- In-depth knowledge of mixology, spirits, wines, and glassware.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Basic command of English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to uphold the high grooming and service standards of our establishment.
