Responsibilities
- Mix and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest requests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area throughout the shift.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure a premium bar experience.
- Monitor guest consumption to ensure responsible service of alcohol and compliance with house policies.
- Process customer payments accurately using the POS system.
- Prepare garnishes, mixers, and other bar ingredients ahead of service.
- Resolve guest concerns or complaints with poise and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless workflow during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bartender or Mixologist, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
- Strong knowledge of drink mixing, garnishing, and beverage service techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory reporting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification from a hospitality or bartending school is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of food and beverage safety regulations (HACCP compliance is a plus).
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to high-level guest satisfaction.
