Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, high-level service to guests from arrival through to departure.
- Anticipate guest requirements and handle all requests with efficiency, discretion, and a professional attitude.
- Coordinate villa housekeeping, in-villa dining, and amenities to ensure a seamless experience.
- Serve as a local concierge, providing recommendations and bookings for activities, transport, and dining.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization of all guest areas within the property.
- Manage inventory and supply stocks, ensuring all luxury amenities are replenished.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure consistent service standards are upheld.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality, villa management, or as a butler in a 5-star hotel environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to speak additional languages is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport with diverse high-net-worth individuals.
- Deep understanding of luxury service standards, etiquette, and discretion.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Impeccable personal grooming and presentation standards.
- High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Relevant educational background in Tourism or Hospitality Management is preferred.
