Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Handle various payment methods, including cash, credit cards, and digital wallets.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organized checkout area.
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, professional assistance.
- Resolve customer inquiries or complaints regarding pricing and product availability.
- Balance the cash drawer at the start and end of every shift.
- Perform routine inventory checks and assist with product restocking as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education qualification.
- Proven experience as a Cashier or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail for handling cash transactions.
- A friendly, professional demeanor and a helpful attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
