Responsibilities

- Ensure efficient kitchen workflow to meet service timing requirements.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Follow strict safety protocols and food handling regulations.
- Assist in the development of daily specials or seasonal menu items.
- Clean and organize workstations, kitchen equipment, and storage areas.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar culinary role.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive, professional attitude.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic understanding of professional culinary techniques.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant certification in Culinary Arts or Hospitality is an advantage.
