Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality grilled dishes and fried rice according to standard recipes.
- Ensure kitchen stations are fully stocked and prepped for peak operating hours.
- Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards in compliance with local regulations.
- Manage inventory levels and report ingredient shortages to the management team.
- Operate professional kitchen equipment including grills, woks, and fryers safely.
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular cleaning of kitchen surfaces, utensils, and equipment to ensure a sanitary workplace.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Cook, Chef, or Kitchen Assistant in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in wok-cooking and grilled station operations.
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation protocols (HACCP or basic food hygiene certification preferred).
