Responsibilities
- Design and execute customized weekly menus based on specific client preferences and evolving dietary requirements.
- Source, purchase, and manage inventory of high-quality, fresh, and organic ingredients.
- Prepare daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a focus on nutritional balance and presentation.
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and fully sanitized kitchen environment in accordance with food safety standards.
- Coordinate with household staff to ensure seamless service for family meals and occasional private functions.
- Adapt quickly to changing schedules and guest requirements while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.
- Manage food budgeting and provide detailed expense reporting as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional culinary experience in fine dining restaurants, luxury hotels, or private estate settings.
- Proven expertise in diverse cuisines and ability to cater to specific dietary needs (e.g., keto, gluten-free, allergy-conscious).
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene protocols, and sanitation standards.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to work independently.
