Responsibilities
- Create artistic floral arrangements for retail displays, weddings, events, and special occasions.
- Maintain flower freshness by processing, trimming, and hydrating stems daily.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with the ordering of seasonal blooms and foliage.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, including floral consultation and recommendations.
- Prepare orders for delivery or in-store collection with careful attention to packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inspiring workspace to uphold aesthetic standards.
- Support daily operational tasks related to the retail store environment.
Qualifications
- Prior experience or formal training in Floristry or Floral Design is an advantage but not required; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong aesthetic sense with a keen eye for color harmony, texture, and composition.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to floral handling.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic computer skills for managing e-commerce order processing.
