Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests while managing table rotations effectively.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and provide thoughtful recommendations to guests.
- Accurately take food and drink orders and process them through the POS system.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages, maintaining quality standards at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including side stations and table settings.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a server, waiter, or service crew member is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with guests.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Proficiency in English communication; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Positive attitude, reliable, and capable of working well under pressure.
