Responsibilities

  • Prepare high-quality sushi and Japanese dishes ensuring consistency and presentation (Chef role).
  • Provide attentive and friendly table service to ensure guest satisfaction (Server role).
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and manage point-of-sale systems (Cashier role).
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards including dishwashing and station sanitization (Steward role).
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to ensure seamless workflow during peak hours.
  • Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
  • Adhere strictly to food safety regulations and health protocols.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in an F&B setting or similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Excellent communication skills with a positive, service-oriented attitude.
