Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality sushi and Japanese dishes ensuring consistency and presentation (Chef role).
- Provide attentive and friendly table service to ensure guest satisfaction (Server role).
- Handle cash transactions accurately and manage point-of-sale systems (Cashier role).
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards including dishwashing and station sanitization (Steward role).
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to ensure seamless workflow during peak hours.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Adhere strictly to food safety regulations and health protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in an F&B setting or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills with a positive, service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic numeracy skills for cashiering and inventory tasks.
