We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Program Engineer/Executive to join our team in Johor Bahru. Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of program initiatives from conception to completion.
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions.
- Manage project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and compliance reports.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and program requirements are met.
- Analyze project performance data to recommend process improvements and drive efficiency.
- Ensure all program activities adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in program coordination or project engineering roles.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, or Asana).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is highly preferred.
