Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of critical engineering programs from initiation through to final delivery.
- Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams are aligned.
- Proactively identify project risks, mitigate bottlenecks, and implement effective recovery plans.
- Manage program budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines to ensure efficiency.
- Provide regular status updates and performance reports to executive leadership regarding program milestones.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline project management processes and boost team productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; PMP or Prince2 certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in program or project management within an engineering or manufacturing sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (Jira, MS Project, or similar).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Fluent in English and local languages to effectively communicate with internal and external partners.
