Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end project planning, execution, and delivery for large‑scale client engagements.
- Define project scope, objectives, and key performance indicators in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
- Manage cross‑functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and third‑party vendors, to ensure timely and quality outcomes.
- Monitor project health, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to keep initiatives on track.
- Provide regular status updates, executive summaries, and performance reports to leadership and clients.
- Drive continuous improvement by adopting best‑in‑class project management practices and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project or program management, preferably within a consulting or IT services environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects from initiation through closure.
- Strong proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
