Responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation through closing using PMBOK standards and best practices.
- Manage project budgets exceeding $5M, ensuring optimal resource allocation and meticulous cost control.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication between engineering, product, and C-suite executive teams.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks through proactive contingency planning and stakeholder alignment.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including detailed schedules, status reports, and KPIs.
- Champion a hybrid of Agile and Waterfall methodologies to adapt to specific project requirements and business goals.
- Mentor and coach junior project coordinators to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Active PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is strictly required.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience managing complex IT, construction, or corporate projects.
- Proven expertise in professional project management software such as Jira, Smartsheet, and MS Project.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
