Responsibilities
- Oversee the operational management and strategic coordination of the NOC programme for the Americas region.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with international industry partners, start-ups, and host organizations.
- Provide comprehensive support to students during their overseas placement, ensuring a seamless integration into foreign entrepreneurial ecosystems.
- Manage financial budgeting, compliance reporting, and administrative workflows for international mobility programmes.
- Coordinate recruitment, selection, and pre-departure briefings for students applying to the Americas NOC clusters.
- Organize networking events, webinars, and educational seminars to enhance student engagement and professional development.
- Monitor and evaluate programme outcomes to recommend improvements for operational efficiency and student success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, International Relations, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in programme management, international education, or corporate training.
- Proven ability to manage cross-border stakeholders and work effectively within diverse, multicultural environments.
- Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Familiarity with the startup ecosystem or venture capital landscape is highly advantageous.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required by the programme’s strategic needs.
