Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software applications based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system needs and implement scalable technical solutions.
- Maintain and optimize existing codebase to ensure system performance, security, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software systems.
- Develop technical documentation to guide future system development and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with company data security policies and industry best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and integrate them into existing workflows to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience as a Programmer or Software Developer.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, PHP, or Python.
- Solid understanding of relational database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server).
- Experience with web development frameworks and API integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
