Search Personnel is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to support landscape project delivery across the Choa Chu Kang region. In this role, you will act as the central hub between clients, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring that every phase of the landscape and horticulture projects runs smoothly, safely, and on schedule. You will be responsible for coordinating site operations, maintaining accurate documentation, managing resources, and liaising with stakeholders to uphold the highest standards of quality and compliance. Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily site operations and liaise with contractors, suppliers, and client representatives to ensure seamless workflow.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, reports, permits, and change orders.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, identifying potential delays or cost overruns and recommending corrective actions.
- Assist in resource planning, including labour, materials, and equipment allocation for landscape and horticulture tasks.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental guidelines.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and communicate updates to all relevant parties.
- Support the preparation of tender documents, cost estimates, and procurement processes for landscape projects.
- Ensure all necessary approvals and permits are obtained prior to commencement of work and maintain compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, site supervision, or a similar role within the landscape, horticulture, or construction sectors.
- Strong understanding of landscape installation, maintenance practices, and horticultural principles.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) is a plus.
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and government agencies.
- Knowledge of local safety regulations (WSH) and environmental standards relevant to landscaping works.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and site plans.
