In this role, you will work closely with our design and project management teams to produce detailed technical drawings, plans, and documentation for fit-out and build projects. Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed technical drawings and plans for fit-out and interior design projects.
- Collaborate with designers and architects to translate design concepts into accurate construction documents.
- Produce floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed millwork drawings.
- Ensure all drawings comply with building codes, regulations, and company standards.
- Revise drawings based on feedback from project managers and clients.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation.
- Assist in site measurements and surveys when needed.
- Coordinate with external consultants and contractors to resolve technical issues.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a drafter in interior design or fit-out projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Revit is a plus.
- Strong understanding of construction methods and building materials.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
