Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, production, quality, and supply chain to achieve project objectives
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and progress reports for management review
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies throughout all project phases
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including reports, presentations, and process improvements
- Support senior engineers and management with project analysis and strategic recommendations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and project outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related technical discipline
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, engineering support, or similar technical role
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies; MS Project experience is advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn and grow
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar engineering software is a plus
