United E & P Pte. Ltd. is seeking a motivated Project Engineer to oversee road and infrastructure works in Tuas North, West Region. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities comply with Land Transport Authority (LTA) specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. You will coordinate with contractors, consultants, and regulatory bodies to deliver high-quality infrastructure that supports Singaporeās ongoing development. Responsibilities
- Manage and execute road and infrastructure works in accordance with LTA specifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations on site.
- Prepare, update, and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
- Liaise with contractors, consultants, and government agencies to resolve issues promptly.
- Implement quality assurance and control procedures to maintain workmanship standards.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including drawings, permits, and inspection records.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2ā3 years of experience in road or infrastructure projects, preferably with LTA involvement.
- Strong knowledge of LTA standards, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and CAD software.
- Excellent analytical, problemāsolving, and decisionāmaking abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Valid Singapore Work Pass or citizenship/permanent residency.
