Green Zenergy Pte. Ltd. is seeking a motivated Project Engineer (ACMV) to join our dynamic team in Kampong Ubi, Central Region. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of airâconditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV) projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities to coordinate site activities, monitor progress, and resolve any technical issues that arise. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical background in ACMV systems, excellent organizational skills, and a proven track record of managing multidisciplinary projects in the construction or MEP sector. Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and manage ACMV projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities to ensure seamless workflow.
- Conduct regular site inspections and supervise installation work for quality and safety compliance.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and asâbuilt drawings.
- Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement costâcontrol measures.
- Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to avoid delays.
- Ensure adherence to local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3â5 years of experience in ACMV project execution within the construction or MEP industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of ACMV systems, design principles, and installation practices.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or other drafting software for reviewing drawings.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problemâsolving skills.
- Valid Singapore Work Pass or eligibility to work in Singapore.
