In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our engineering projects. You will work closely with our project management team to ensure that all ACMV (Air Conditioning, Mechanical, and Ventilation) systems are designed and implemented efficiently. Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle, from initial design and tendering to site supervision and final commissioning.
- Prepare and review detailed technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with engineering plans and safety standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and clients to resolve technical issues and ensure project milestones are met.
- Ensure all ACMV installations adhere to relevant local building codes and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct energy efficiency assessments and recommend improvements where necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in ACMV or HVAC project engineering.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Valid engineering license (PE) is an added advantage.
