As a Project Engineer, you will be the technical lead on-site, ensuring that all Civil and ACMV components are integrated seamlessly and meet the rigorous standards of the industry. Whether you are managing subcontractors or coordinating with consultants, your engineering expertise will be the driving force behind the successful delivery of landmark projects.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end execution of Civil and ACMV engineering projects to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and maintain project momentum.
- Review project specifications, technical drawings, and BIM models to ensure compliance with design intent.
- Monitor site progress and manage resource allocation to keep projects within the stipulated budget.
- Enforce strict adherence to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and quality control standards.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, progress updates, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead site meetings and troubleshoot engineering challenges as they arise during construction phases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in project engineering, specifically within Civil or ACMV scopes.
- Strong understanding of Singapore building codes, BCA regulations, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD and a working knowledge of BIM/Revit.
- Exceptional project management skills with a proven ability to handle multiple project timelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
