Responsibilities
- Design and develop civil and structural engineering solutions for various projects
- Prepare and review technical drawings, calculations, and specifications
- Conduct structural analysis using industry-standard software and tools
- Monitor construction progress and provide technical guidance on-site
- Ensure compliance with Singapore building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, contractors, and consultants
- Prepare project documentation including reports, proposals, and progress updates
- Identify and resolve technical issues during project execution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in civil or structural engineering
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETABS, SAP2000, or similar engineering software
- Strong understanding of Singapore's Building and Construction regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Professional registration or membership in relevant engineering bodies is advantageous
