Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee day-to-day facilities maintenance and building improvement projects.
- Manage site resources, including equipment, materials, and contractor scheduling to ensure project timelines are met.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication between stakeholders, contractors, and internal management teams.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations.
- Prepare project reports, technical documentation, and budget tracking summaries.
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues and implement effective, cost-efficient solutions.
- Monitor site progress and ensure all work adheres to quality management standards.
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related Facilities Management field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in building works or facilities management.
- Strong understanding of building codes, maintenance workflows, and site safety protocols.
- Proficiency in project management tools and standard office software (AutoCAD knowledge is a plus).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of liaising with diverse team members.
- Independent worker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
