Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage engineering projects from conception to completion
- Ensure compliance with fire protection, electrical, and mechanical codes and standards
- Prepare project documentation including schedules, budgets, and technical reports
- Conduct site inspections and quality control assessments
- Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions
- Maintain accurate project records and progress reporting
- Optimize project efficiency while adhering to safety regulations
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Fire Protection, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant project engineering experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and engineering software
- Strong understanding of Singapore building codes and safety standards
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Valid Singapore driving license is advantageous
