Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the installation of HVAC and kitchen ventilation systems at various project sites.
- Ensure project compliance with local building codes, fire safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Integrate IoT sensors and smart monitoring systems into existing mechanical infrastructure to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and detailed technical documentation for project planning.
- Supervise sub-contractors and site personnel to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality specifications.
- Troubleshoot system performance issues and provide technical support to clients post-installation.
- Prepare progress reports, technical specifications, and safety documentation for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in HVAC systems design, project management, or building services.
- Solid understanding of Kitchen Ventilation requirements and ventilation system maintenance.
- Knowledge of IoT protocols and smart building management systems (BMS) is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CAD software and standard project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple project sites effectively.
