PT Integrasi Muda Teknologi is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer - Lighting to join our dynamic team in Tangerang. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our lighting installation projects, managing the entire lifecycle from initial planning and design validation to final handover.
The ideal candidate will combine technical lighting expertise with strong project management skills, ensuring that every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead cross-functional teams, interface with stakeholders, and guarantee strict adherence to safety protocols and technical specifications. Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute lighting installation projects from inception to completion.
- Oversee on-site technical operations to ensure alignment with design specifications and blueprints.
- Lead and mentor installation teams to ensure operational efficiency and project timelines are met.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure all lighting systems meet industry standards and client expectations.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical issues during the installation phase.
- Maintain strict compliance with safety regulations and site environmental standards.
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation, progress reports, and final handover manuals.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Project Engineer, preferably in lighting or electrical construction.
- Strong understanding of lighting design principles, electrical systems, and installation standards.
- Proven ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and on-site resources effectively.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD software.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate field crews.
- Solid problem-solving abilities and a commitment to high-quality project delivery.
- Strong communication skills, both in Indonesian and English, to manage stakeholder relationships.
