Join Anradus as a Project Engineer specializing in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Plumbing & Sanitary systems and drive excellence in construction project execution. Responsibilities
- Oversee all plumbing and sanitary system installations on construction sites
- Manage daily site operations and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Lead and mentor site supervisors to ensure project milestones are achieved
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgetary constraints
- Resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions for plumbing systems
- Prepare project documentation, including progress reports and quality control records
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to resolve design conflicts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years' experience in plumbing and sanitary systems for construction projects
- Proven track record in site supervision and project management
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean plumbing codes and regulations (BCA standards)
- Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent) preferred
- Proficiency in CAD software and project management tools
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced construction environments
