Responsibilities
- Research, design, develop, and test mechanical and thermal sensors and devices for various applications.
- Create detailed engineering designs, specifications, and documentation using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Conduct feasibility studies and prototype testing to validate design concepts and ensure compliance with requirements.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to optimize design for manufacturing and assembly.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for design or production issues.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and updates for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in mechanical design and project engineering, preferably in sensor or device development.
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and thermal principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
