Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end installation and commissioning of CCTV, access control, and integrated security systems.
- Conduct site surveys to determine optimal hardware placement and system configurations.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and internal teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Troubleshoot technical faults and provide on-site engineering support during the installation phase.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including CAD drawings, installation reports, and user manuals.
- Ensure all security deployments comply with local safety regulations and client specifications.
- Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to verify system reliability.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Security Systems or low-voltage electrical projects.
- Proficiency in CCTV system design, configuration, and VMS (Video Management Software) platforms.
- Strong understanding of schematic drawings and technical blueprints.
- Ability to work effectively in a contract-based, project-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Possession of relevant safety certifications (e.g., WSH) is highly advantageous.
