Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee telecommunication projects from initiation to completion
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Conduct site surveys and technical assessments to support project planning
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project engineering within the telecommunications industry
- Strong knowledge of telecommunication systems, networks, and infrastructure
- Proven track record of managing projects from concept through delivery
- Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
