Air & Odor Management Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Project Executive to join our dynamic team in Kampong Ubi. In this role, you will be the backbone of our Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP) division, taking ownership of projects from the initial concept phase through to successful on-site commissioning.

Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end execution of Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP) projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal engineering teams to clarify project requirements and technical specifications.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to plan effective mechanical installations.
- Monitor site progress, oversee subcontractors, and ensure all works comply with local safety and environmental regulations.
- Prepare project documentation, including progress reports, technical drawings, and final handover manuals.
- Troubleshoot technical issues arising during the installation and testing phases.
- Ensure project materials and logistics are managed efficiently to optimize cost and performance.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Proven experience in project management or site coordination, preferably within the HVAC or air filtration industry.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and electro-mechanical equipment.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) for site planning and layout verification.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to mechanical challenges.
- Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is a plus.
